Ivan Mikhailovich Varichev was born January 15, 1924 in Nizhnaya Loshikha village, Smolensk Province.
In 1957 Ivan Varichev graduated from the Repin Institute of Arts in Yuri Neprintsev workshop.
He studied of Ivan Stepashkin, Vitaly Valtsev.

Veselkin Igor Petrovich
(1915 - 1997)

Veselkin Igor Petrovich was born March 8, 1915 in the town of Ranenburg, Rezan Province.
In 1947 Igor Veselkin graduated from the Repin Institute of Arts in Mikhail Bobishov workshop.
He studied of Alexander Debler, Boris Fogel, Alexander Segal, Mikhail Platunov.

Since 1946 Igor Veselkin has participated in Art Exhibitions.
He painted portraits, landscapes, still-lifes, genre paintings, sketches of thearte costums and set-scenes for Moscow and Leningrad theartes.
Igor Veselkin was a member of the Saint Petersburg Union of Artists since 1947.
He was a Doctor of art-criticism (1951).  
Since 1951,
Igor Veselkin has taught painting and drawing first in the Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts in Moscow, then in Higher School of Insudtrial Art named after Vera Mukhina in Leningrad, and  in the Repin Institute of Arts., where he was professor of painting since 1989.
Veselkin Igor Petrovich died in Saint Petersburg in 1997.

Nina Leonidovna Veselova was born January 18, 1922 in the Leningrad.
In 1950 Nina Veselova graduated from the Repin Institute of Arts in Boris Ioganson workshop.
She studied of Leonid Ovsannikov, Boris Fogel, Semion Abugov, Genrikh Pavlovsky, Alexander Zaytsev.

Since 1939 Nina Veselova has participated in Art Exhibitions.
She painted portraits, genre and historical paintings, landscapes, still-lifes.
Nina Veselova was a member of the Leningrad Union of Artists since 1950.
Nina Leonidovna Veselova died in Leningrad in 1960.

Vovkushevsky Rostislav Ivanovich
(1917 - 2000)

Rostislav Ivanovich Vovkushevsky was born February 22, 1917 in Petrograd.
In 1949 Rostislav Vovkushevsky graduated from the Repin Institute of Arts in Victor Oreshnikov workshop.
He studied of Pavel Shillingovsky, Ivan Bilibin, Konstantin Rudakov, Leonid Ovsannikov.

Since 1949 Rostislav Vovkushevsky has participated in Art Exhibitions.
He painted portraits, landscapes, still-lifes, genre scenes, worked as easel and monumental painter.
His personal exhibition was in Saint-Petersburg in 1995.
Rostislav Vovkushevsky was a member of the Leningrad Union of Artists since 1949.
In 1949-1959 Rostislav Vovkushevsky taught painting and drawingin Higher School of Insudtrial Art named after Vera Mukhina.
Rostislav Ivanovich Vovkushevsky died in Saint-Petersburg in 2000.
